Fall Ball is the perfect chance to sharpen skills, make new friends, and keep the softball fun going!

Fall Ball involves inter-league play with other leagues affiliated with NORCAL.

The Fall Ball season officially begins Mid-August (with a mandatory seeding tournament around Labor Day weekend) and all divisions play on Sundays through Mid-Late October.

The divisions will be divided into four age groups:
8U (ages 7-8)
10U (ages 9-10)
12U (ages 11-12)
14/16U (ages 13-16)

We are also looking for coaches and managers. If you are interested in coaching or managing, please register as a volunteer.

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR 14U SCREAMING EAGLES!!!!! They are the USA Softball of Sacramento 14U SELECT CHAMPIONS!!! After playing in ALL FIVE CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES this select season (and taking 2nd place the first 4 times) they pulled together as a team and won when it mattered most, on our home field! We are SO proud of the integrity and perseverance you played with this weekend!

Rec season might be ending, but don’t cry! All-Star season is just beginning! Congratulations to our 2026 All-Stars! We also want to recognize every athlete who came to tryouts and competed with heart, hustle and determination. The energy, effort and passion on display from our 5 Cities players did not go unnoticed and reminded us what this program is all about. We are proud of each and every one of you and hope you’re proud of yourselves! 🖤💛🥎

We are so proud of our 14U Screaming Eagles for battling yet again in the Select Showdown series to get to their 4th straight Championship Game! They took second place and we can’t wait to watch them battle on home turf again in the Select Championship weekend on May 23 &24!
