Clothed In Dignity's mission is to restore dignity through clothing, compassion and encouragement.

We provide clothing to individuals and families in need through weekly outreach, special events and urgent/emergency situations.

Are you looking for an opportunity to serve your community? I would like to invite you to join Clothed In Dignity this Saturday (September 26th) at 444 w Turner road (Vintage Church) between 7:00-10:30ish. We provide free clothing to the individuals and families that receive food from Bread of Life. If you would like to help your neighbors keep warm during this change of seasons we would love to serve with you.
The volunteer opportunities we have this Saturday are: helping set up our pop-up, tables and racks of clothing,
helping people sign up for clothing (interacting with those in line, noting the sizes they need, making them feel cared for),
helping pull clothing for individuals as they are called to our booth, (taking a moment to ask about color or style preferences),
Helping pack up at the end.

Volunteers also get a delicious breakfast cooked by the CommUnity Service Team and can receive food from Bread of Life if they choose to sign up.

Clothed In Dignity is so honored and excited to be vendors at this amazing upcoming event hosted by California Human Development. We look forward to serving an expected 100-150 participants. If you are interested in volunteering or donating to our raffle basket, please contact us at 209-371-1051 or [email protected].

Volunteering opportunities are any combination of the following: preparing for the event (choosing clothing to take, organizing the clothing by size, loading my car the day before), at the event (set up pop-up, tables, racks of clothing, etc., help participants fill out forms and choose clothing, bag clothing, educate others about our non-profit and our mission), after the event (help pack everything up).

We were honored to help a wonderful group from Vinewood Church serve breakfast at the Salvation Army Hope Harbor this morning. It was a joy to serve alongside these Godly women and see so many familiar faces. We look forward to doing so again. 💖🙏

I am so excited about our new "partnership" with Inspire Coffee at 8 w Pine St in Lodi. The new managers (Michelle and Ben) have opened up the opportunity for a few crafty people to sell their handcrafted items. Tonight we set up my display of handcrafted velvet and suede bookmarks. More products (such as scarves and prayer pillows) will be added as they are made. All proceeds from these items will be donated to Clothed In Dignity to continue our mission to provide free clothing to anyone in need.
I am excited and blessed for the opportunity to spread the word about Clothedindignity.org.

Saturday was a great day. The 5th annual ATC Spa Day for ladies who are homeless or in shelters. We saw a few familiar faces and met many new ladies. I had a small but great team; Anna, Cindy and Michell (not pictured) along with 2 awesome young ladies from the church. My dear friend Laurie Coffman and her team from the Hope Initiative brought journal decorating, flower arrangement supplies and jewelry. Anna and Cindy were so happy to make themselves flower arrangements after working so hard. We missed my spa day bff, LaTjuana. This is the first spa day she has missed but it is because she is housed and thriving in Modesto. I already can't wait for next year!!!!

We now have our own Organization Page on zeffy. We chose zeffy because they are specifically for non-profits and do not take any percentage. They are very easy to use and we have been very happy with them. Please check out our page and click "subscribe" if you want to be emailed about upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, to receive our newsletter, etc. Click the other button if you would like to support our mission. We are preparing for a big annual event on August 15th and I will update the website after that...I promise! 😊
