Our great nation's beliefs and Rights of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness were affirmed and secured by years of bloody fight and continued on well after declaring Independence in 1776.

185 years later in 1961, former President Ronald Reagan said "Freedom is never more that one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children's children what it was once like in the United States where men were free."

From 1776 to present, and beyond, always remember, FREEDOM IS FRAGILE and FREEDOM IS NEVER FREE. Keep the men and women overseas in your thoughts as they continue to serve while you and your families celebrate Freedom and Independence. God Bless the United States of America and may we always be grateful for the cost of our Freedom. 🇺🇸 ❤️ 🙏🏻

JUNE 14th ... FLAG DAY ... LET’S NOT FORGET WHAT IT SIGNIFIES:

The flag of the United States represents FREEDOM and has been an enduring symbol of the country’s ideals since its early days. Americans also remember their LOYALTY to the nation, reaffirm their belief in LIBERTY and JUSTICE, and observe the NATION’S UNITY.

I love my country, those who defend and honor it, and those who live according to what it means to be an American. Happy 250th Birthday my beautiful Flag. May you forever wave. God Bless America and may He heal our nation from divisiveness and those who seek to destroy us. 🇺🇸🙏🏻❤️

Remembering June 6, 1944 ... D-Day

In the year 2000 I traveled to France. Part of my journey was to visit Normandy and the five beaches, as well as the American Cemetery. This was one of the most emotional experiences of my life. I still remember how I felt walking on the sand and down to the water's edge. I stood there trying to envision the sadness and horror that once existed right below my feet. I cried thinking about the lives and youth lost, families changed forever. I was so emotional, so moved, I will never forget that experience. And we must never forget these moments in history. We must always share their significance, or one day the sacrifices will be forgotten. We cannot ever let that happen.

Armed Forces Day is part of a week-long tribute that was first established in 1949 and stemmed from the unification of our military forces under the Department of Defense.

On this Armed Forces Day we honor the men and women who serve in our Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard and Space Force, as well as our National Guard and Reserves.

GOD BLESS AMERICA AND GOD BLESS THOSE WHO SERVE.

On this Vietnam War Veterans Day March 29th, 2026, remember those who never made it home and be sure to thank those that did. For this is what is right, today and everyday. From local police officers to Federal agents, these brave individuals face danger every day to uphold our laws and keep us safe. Respect and appreciate them today and everyday.
