Countdown to the Fabulous Fall Used Book Sale - starts THIS Thursday, October 15th, 3-7 pm for Friends members. Anyone is welcome to join the Friends and shop early.
Book sale hours on Friday, October 16th are 9 am - 4 pm and on Saturday, October 17th, are 10 am - 4 pm.

Anyone in and around the Town of Pendleton, NY or the Town or The City of Lockport : Join us for a Jigsaw Puzzle Competition on Tuesday, November 10, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM in the Community Meeting Room!

Each team will get the same jigsaw puzzle—compete to see who can complete the most before time runs out. Prizes will be awarded!

Free and open to the public. Registration is required at https://www.lockportlibrary.org/event/jigsaw-puzzle-competition-11-2026 . Teams of up to 6 people are allowed. Please only have 1 contact person register per team.

Sponsored by the Friends of the Lockport Public Library.

Starting October 13, OverDrive and the Libby App will be requiring users to enter a PIN in addition to their library card number to login to their services. Your account PIN will be the same PIN that you use to log into your account on www.nioga.org .

Only one week until the Fabulous Fall Used Book Sale, sponsored by the Friends of the Lockport Public Library!
A members-only pre-sale will take place Thursday, October 15th, 3-7 pm. Anyone is welcome to join the Friends and shop early for bargains!
The book sale will be open to the public Friday, October 16th, 9 am - 4 pm, and Saturday, October 17th, 10 am - 4 pm.
Hundreds of books, CDs, DVDs, magazines and more to choose from.
Come on in and support the library - proceeds are used to sponsor programs of interest to the community year-round and to purchase new materials for the library.
