Donald Schrader in 1986 at Camp Joy ..... Donald was the son of Geraldine Werner. Donald died in 1996 in Batavia NY. He was residing at the time at the People Inc group home on Bloomingdale Rd in Akron NY. Donald had Down Syndrome.
