Our 30 seconds of fame being on TV in the coverage of the Ironman 70.3 Pennsylvania Happy Valley triathlon. The green blurs are us.

We had a lot of fun volunteering this morning at the Ironman 70.3 Pennsylvania Happy Valley triathlon. We worked at the first aid station for the bike portion. We handed out water, electrolytes, and snacks to the racers. We also cheered them on as they raced by. The theme was Welcome to the Jungle so that's why we're wearing animal ears.

This year, the race was also the North American Championships.
More than 1,700 amateur athletes, along app. 100 professional racers. Participants came from 44 states and 43 countries and ranged in age from 18 to 80.

Help Us Take Pink Warrior Day on the Road!
Boxes of Hope is fundraising to purchase a trailer that will allow us to take our Pink Warrior Day event to communities throughout Pennsylvania.
Pink Warrior Day is a special day dedicated to celebrating the strength, courage, and beauty of breast cancer warriors. Participants are pampered with professional hair styling, makeup, and wardrobe options before stepping in front of the camera for an empowering photo shoot that captures their resilience and warrior spirit. More than just photos, Pink Warrior Day creates confidence, connection, and lasting memories for women navigating a breast cancer journey.
With a dedicated trailer, we can bring this uplifting experience directly to more warriors who may not otherwise have access to it. Your support will help us expand our reach and remind even more women that they are strong, beautiful, and never alone.
Together, we can take Pink Warrior Day on the road and bring hope, encouragement, and empowerment wherever it's needed most.

You can partner with us to help breast cancer warriors throughout Pennsylvania to see the beauty of their strength!

For businesses who donate $1,000 - we will place your business logo on the sides of the trailer.

You can donate securely at https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/donation-form/pink-warrior-day-trailer or write "PWD trailer" on the memo line on your check and mail it to Boxes of Hope.
