Parents As Teachers at Infant Development Program Parents As Teachers is a free home-based parenting enrichment program, provided through Infant Development Program.

We offer support in areas of development, family well-being, resource connections and group connections. Parents as Teachers is a free home based program starting from Pregnancy through Kindergarten Age, that covers all of Clinton County, through the Infant Development Program. The program offers Parent/Child activities, developmental information, developmental screenings, and assistance obtaining

The fun keeps coming to Downtown Lock Haven during the Farm to City Fest themed Final Friday on August 28th 3-9 pm on East Main Street. We'll have a bounce house 🏠 😎 😉 for a family friendly experience. It will feature a climbing wall, slide, basketball 🏀 hoop and obstacle course. The bounce house 🏠 😍 will be on East Main Street from 4-6 pm. Then, join all the other activities like 2 live bands, a children's show in the Susquehanna Event Center, Allie Moo, a mechanical talking 👄 and milking cow, Whisker Pop Face Painting by BadMynx Design, vendors, free popcorn, Farm to Table options at select restaurants, 4-H, Cooperative Extension, petting zoo, shopping, and surprises!
