Mark your calendars...less than two months away. We are making this even bigger and better this year and we want more community involvement! If you would like to set up a table and get your information out there, we can help! We would love to have Scouts, Youth Groups, Sports Organizations/Teams there as well.
We are also looking for a group that would like to sell hotdogs!
Message, so we can chat and help get your group and name out there! This isn't just about cool looking cars....this is about community!

Grateful does not begin to describe the amazing group of individuals that work for and participate with the Clinton County Community Connections Inc group. They donated almost all of our needs for camp....can you believe it?!? It is absolutely amazing.

I am updating the list once again for what we will need for camp due to their generosity. This updated list does include what individuals have already told me they will be bringing/donating. Thank you again!

UPDATED DONATIONS NEEDED:
Snacks: Gummies, Cheeseballs, Crackers, Animal Crackers, Pretzels, Individual Chip Bags, Granola Bars, Cereal, Cookies, Goldfish, Cheez Its, Popcorn, Teddy Grahams, Pudding Cups, Fruit Cups, Fruit, Carrots, Go-Gurts or other various snacks children would enjoy.
4 bags of Gummy Bears (Dollar General has lowest prices)
Mini Hershey Bars (4-10 pack)
4 bags/boxes of Swedish Fish
2 large jars of Marshmallow Fluff
2 boxes of graham crackers
1 large jar of Creamy Peanut Butter
2 Vanilla Icing
2 Chocolate Icing
Mini Hot Glue Sticks (200)
AAA Rechargeable Batteries
Felt (Assorted Colors)
Googley Eyes
Nail Polish (Assorted Colors-can be partial bottles)
Food Coloring (1 box)

We also could use $5 gift cards to various places: Suggestions-Phil It Up, Ice Shack, It Is What It Is, McDonalds, Subway, Burger King, Dairy Queen, Walmart, Weis, etc.

One week until Summer Camp begins!!! Reminder, if you have your medical forms completed (you can put more than one child on a sheet), please send them in. Pictures of the forms are acceptable as well. I keep a master sheet with all the information and if I can have it mostly completed by the first day, things go much more smoothly. Also, please do not show up before 9am. We are hard at work preparing in the morning and not everyone arrives to help until 9. Wear sneakers, bring a water bottle, and lunch.

We are still in desperate need of snack donations. We have about 55 children attending each week, and that is a lot of snacks...you know if you have kids...lol! I'll attach the donation list again!

We are still looking for one more volunteer!!! Week 1-June 8th-12th and Week 2-June 22nd -26th.

Hello!!! A few reminders and updates!

This Friday, May 15th from 6-8pm we will have another Trivia Night. Bring friends, family, neighbors and food/snacks/drinks and answer trivia for all ages. Prizes for the winning team.

Saturday, May 16th are the Woolrich Community Yard Sales...stop by our stand on Park Avenue for hot dogs and some amazing deals!

Wednesday, May 20th, emails for Summer Camp will be sent out. If you do not receive an email by 5pm, please message us on Facebook. If we have not received payment, you have been added to the waitlist. We are still looking for a few volunteers!!!

Saturday, August 1, 2026 will be our Annual Wheels Thru Woolrich Car Show. We are accepting food ($25 spot) and craft vendors ($10 spot). We'd love to see you there!!

We are still looking for a few volunteers to help with camp. If we get at least 3 more volunteers for Week 1 (June 8th-12th), Week 2 (June 22nd-26th), and Week 3 (July 27th-31st) the campers can attend all the days they registered for:) **That would be a first!**
Hours are 9am-3pm. All the activities are planned out, and we just need assistance throughout the day to keep the kids safe, happy, and moving. We require Child Abuse and Criminal Clearances (we can get them for you) and a dedication to show up to help! It's always a lot of fun!

If you’ve been looking for a simple way to give back to your community, support local families, or help make Summer Camp even more special for the children in your life, this is a wonderful opportunity.

The Woolrich Community Center is preparing for another fun and meaningful summer, and we would be so grateful for any donations to help provide supplies, snacks, activities, and special experiences for our campers. Every gift—big or small—helps create memories, friendships, and opportunities for the kids in our community.
