We will be hosting a Hunter-Trapper Education class here at the fire house, so if you or anyone you know who would like to take this very educational class, please register online. All the information you need to know is on the flyer. This will be a great class for anyone looking to learn.

We would like to send out a special thanks to Cindy Weaver Sipe for the generous donation of water and Gatorade during this oppressive heat wave. This will help the members out tremendously to stay hydrated during calls, and the standby at the racetrack tonight. Thank you very much!!!

Everyone stay safe, and as cool as possible out there. There are cooling stations all around the county. If you need to cool off, please stop by one of these cooling stations. This heat is beyond dangerous, not only to the younger and older population, but to anyone in general. Please reach out to friends, family, neighbors and don't forget the pets, to make sure everyone is staying cool and hydrated.

If anyone else would like to make a donation, please reach out to any member, or if you'd like to stay anonymous, items could be dropped off on the back porch of the fire house at 91 Firehouse Rd in Salona.

We want to wish everyone a safe and relaxing 4th of July weekend. Please keep in mind of not only the heat, but how dry everything is. Keep a garden hose or bucket of water close by while trying to enjoy the weekend.
