Trauma is not something you can ignore and expect it to disappear.
Avoiding the problem doesn’t give us a free pass to hurt people, react recklessly, or repeat cycles.

You can’t sweep trauma under the rug.
You have to pull it out, square up, and fight it head-on. 🥊

Because here’s the truth:
When you don’t deal with trauma… trauma will deal with you.

Healing isn’t easy—but it’s necessary.
Growth starts when we stop running and start doing the work.
