So The Lodge has been very busy the last few days. We wrapped up another successful year at the Child ID at the Livonia spree. After two years off from the pandemic, This year things have changed a bit and the kits are take home do it yourself. We dispersed over 400 kits in the three days. I want to give special thanks to Colleen Huber (my wife) for helping me get donations for a free raffle for the kids 3-13 years old. I’d like to thank the businesses that Donated items. Airtime in Westland, Riverside Arena, Phoenix theater in Laurel Park andWoodland Lanes. This would not have been possible without them. Last but not least I want to thank the brothers that came out and helped over the three days.
Thank you all,
M Scott Huber ļæ¼

Veterans Day is a time for us to pay our respects to those who have served. We stand united in respect for you, our veterans.

This holiday started as a day to reflect upon the heroism of those who died in our country's service and was originally called Armistice Day. It fell on Nov. 11 because that is the anniversary of the signing of the Armistice that ended World War I. However, in 1954, the holiday was changed to "Veterans Day" in order to account for all veterans in all wars.

Thank you to our veterans who have served our nation with bravery and valor. We are proud to honor you today and every day.
