A reflection on the journey (long post, but worth the read!):
For more than 12 years, GOD has been preparing my heart for what is Saving Grace Farm Ministry.
When HE first placed this vision on my heart, I had no idea how much preparation would be required not just for the ministry, but for me.
There have been years of searching for the right location, closed doors, unexpected setbacks, disappointments, and plenty of moments when I wondered, โGOD when? GOD are you sure I am the right one for this? Was this vision meant for some one else?"
But through every valley, GOD was teaching me.
HE grew me spiritually, strengthened me emotionally, and probably hardest of all HE taught me to be patient and trust HIS timing instead of my own. Now, as we continue to get closer to this safe place for those who need HIM most, this kingdom for GOD, I don't see 12 years of waiting.
I see 12 years of preparation.
The trials become/became lessons. The closed doors become/became protection. The setbacks become/became opportunities to grow. Through every valley, GOD kept and continues to be leading the way.
We could never talk about this journey without talking about all of you. โค๏ธ
To everyone who has supported Saving Grace Farm through financial donations, supplies, prayers, encouragement, knowledge, ideas, wearing our merchandise and the sweet words from those who believe in this vision, you have been part of this journey with us.
Every prayer matters. Every donation matters. Every encouraging word matters. Even something as simple as wearing our merchandise matters.
You help carry this vision through the valleys when the finish line seems so far away.
GOD is preparing the ministry.
GOD is preparing the circumstances.
And GOD was and always will be, preparing me.
We didn't get here because the road was easy. We got here because GOD was/is faithful through every single step, every simple detail.
So to everyone who has walked alongside Saving Grace Farm now and in the future, thank you! Thank you for believing, praying, giving, encouraging, and standing with us!
The wait has been long. The valleys have been plenty, but GOD never left us in any of them.
We are and will continue to step into what HE has been preparing us for.
All glory to GOD!
with all the love,
