Our last BIA Remarkable Remodel presented by Congleton Lumber & Design Center features Warner Builders.

This stunning remodel includes a brand‑new kitchen, three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a welcoming dining room perfect for gathering. Outside, the upgrades continue with a new back deck designed for relaxing. They also added a bright, functional office space to the existing side porch — ideal for working from home in comfort. And the finishing touch: new windows provided by Commonwealth Window Company, bringing in tons of natural light.

Our next BIA Remarkable Remodel presented by Congleton Lumber & Design Center features Padgett Construction Inc.

This whole-house transformation in the heart of horse country, included restoration of all interior finishes, completely new mechanical systems, repairs to the existing stone foundation and load-bearing masonry walls, and extensive structural repairs due to termite damage. Complementary additions also expanded and updated the floor plan to meet today’s needs—creating a home that beautifully blends its original character with modern functionality

Today's BIA Remarkable Remodel presented by Congleton Lumber & Design Center features Mulberry Builders LLC.

This whole-house renovation transformed the home into a bright, open and inviting space designed for modern living and entertaining. The completely remodeled kitchen features custom white cabinetry, an oversized quartz island and premium appliances, while the removal of walls created an open-concept floor plan with improved flow and natural light. A vaulted ceiling adds an airy, spacious feel to the main living area, and an exterior addition and new porch provide even more room to enjoy the home.

BIA Remarkable Remodel #5 presented by Congleton Lumber & Design Center features Mitchell Realty and Construction.

This beautiful remodel took a damaged addition with a future rooftop deck in mind, added all‑new windows throughout and three sets of 8’ double doors, opened up the entire downstairs by removing load‑bearing walls, and redesigned the main floor for a true open‑concept feel. The kitchen is now fully transformed with Wolf and Sub‑Zero appliances, custom cabinetry, and Calacatta Viola countertops. This renovation is stunning!

This incredible renovation includes a new kitchen, 2 powder rooms, 6 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms, kitchenette and lounge area in the basement, media room and formal dining room.
