This week, we had the privilege of welcoming leaders from Valvoline Instant Oil Change to Golisano Children’s at UK to celebrate the opening of the Valvoline Instant Oil Change PICU Lounge.

When a child is hospitalized, families need more than medical care—they need support, connection, and a place to be together. This welcoming space gives parents, family members, and loved ones a place to gather, ensuring no one has to face the challenges of a hospital stay alone.

Valvoline Instant Oil Change's commitment to mental health extends beyond this beautiful space. Through this generous gift and their ongoing fundraising efforts, they have also helped expand pediatric mental health resources, supporting patients and families with access to critical psychiatric care and services.

We are grateful for Valvoline Instant Oil Change’s partnership and dedication to improving the health and well-being of children and families across Kentucky.

💛 To celebrate the opening of a new 7 Brew Coffee in Lexington, the 7 Brew team generously treated both day and night shift staff at Golisano Children’s at UK to more than 1,600 drinks last week! Their kindness brought smiles and a much-appreciated boost to the incredible caregivers who support our patients and families every day.

🎉 We’re excited to officially kick off our 2026 Children’s Miracle Network campaign! 🎉

Last year, thanks to the incredible generosity of our customers, associates, and community, Walmart Store 1505 proudly raised more than $20,000 for Golisano Children’s Hospital at UK.

Every dollar donated helps provide life-saving treatments, equipment, research, and care for children right here in our region. Together, we can make an even bigger impact this year!
