Thank you to all of our donors who supported flood relief in the eastern counties of the Diocese of Lexington. Because of you, we have collected over $96,000 to support local communities and people who are in most need. (This is in addition to the funds that have been donated directly to Catholic Charities of Lexington.) We are most grateful for your prayers and kindness! When Megan and Pat started the adoption process in 2016, they knew their journey to parenthood held many unknowns. But they felt reassured knowing they had support from Pat’s employer, Newly Weds Foods Inc., which was recognized on the Foundation’s Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces list.

With help from the company’s employee benefits, Megan and Pat adopted their daughter, Jordyn, in 2017 and their son, Cameron, in 2020.

“When we started the adoption process, we knew without hesitation that we would love our children with every piece of ourselves,” the couple shared.

“Three years later, and we can't describe the joy these little people ― and all those who love them ― have brought into our lives. Our children are surrounded by so much love and we are grateful for it. We are a forever family...all of us.”
