Meet Reese Puff!!!
He is in his teen age stage right now (about 8months old) so he is full of fun play times, hysterical parkour moves outside and silent drives to the store or home.
He has loved all other dogs he has met and even appreciates the feline friends that he has made.
He is very good in his crate and is completely house trained.
He loves walks and going on adventures. As far as toys goes he does enjoy them, the mighty stick is by far his favorite. ❤️
He is not a good fit for a home with kids because of his activity level. And of course every teen has their quicks. He has been working very hard and has made some excellent progress with the help of a trainer!!! He is extremely smart and would love to bond with his new family with his training and gaining confidence with him.

🐾 Meet Almond! 🐾

Age: 8 months

Potty Trained? Yes!

Crate Trained? Yes! Almond settles nicely in his crate and enjoys relaxing with a bone or Kong.

Good on a Leash? Yes!

Good with Kids? Yes! Almond met children at an adoption event and absolutely adored them. His favorite way to say hello is with kisses.

Good with Cats? Yes, with continued guidance. Almond currently lives with cats and has done well. Like many adolescent dogs, he sometimes wants to chase them out of excitement, so we’re continuing to work on disengagement and appropriate boundaries. He has never shown any intent to harm them.

Good with Other Dogs? Yes!

Play Style: Almond is playful, goofy, and full of joyful bursts of energy. He is very flexible and matches the other dog’s play style. Expect zoomies, tail chasing, silly antics, and then a happy flop onto his back for belly rubs and the most dramatic wiggles you’ve ever seen. He also enjoys entertaining himself with squeaky toys and happily chewing on bones without being destructive.

Best Personality Traits:

- Affectionate and people-oriented—he loves giving kisses and soaking up attention.
- Goofy and endlessly entertaining—his clumsy personality will make you laugh every day.
- Food motivated and eager to learn, making training enjoyable and rewarding.

What He’s Still Working On:

Almond is only 8 months old, so he’s still learning how to navigate the world. He’s currently working on impulse control, including:

- Waiting patiently before meals.
- Waiting to be released from his crate.
- Redirecting his attention away from the cats when they move.

Because he’s so food motivated, training has been a lot of fun and he responds enthusiastically to treats—even his regular kibble!

Almond doesn’t just live in your home—he adds joy to it. He’s the kind of dog who makes you laugh with his zoomies, melts into you for affection, and reminds you every day to enjoy the little moments. Meet Rosemary — a bright, playful girl with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Rosemary is fully potty trained (though she may let out an occasional little “excited pee” when she’s especially happy to see you), crate trained, and does well on a leash, making her a great companion for an active home.

Rosemary is incredibly smart and catches on quickly to new routines and training. She loves to play, wrestle, and keep the fun going — this girl has energy to spare and is always ready for the next adventure. Once she feels safe and comfortable, her silly, goofy side shines through, and she’ll keep you laughing with her playful antics.

Because Rosemary takes time to trust, she needs slow, patient introductions to new people and pets. She prefers to meet others on her own terms and can be cautious at first, especially with unfamiliar people. With kids, a very slow and respectful introduction is important. She does well with other dogs after proper introductions, though she likes to be in charge and may try to take on the “boss” role in the pack. She previously lived with cats in another foster home, but hasn’t been tested with cats in her current foster setting.

Rosemary is the type who loves to stay busy and would thrive with a family that can continue helping her build confidence and practice calmness.

UPDATE (6/26/26) Thank you to the people who applied to foster! We have an approved foster for her and will be picking her up tomorrow. We appreciate all the shares and spreading the word about this sweet girl. We hope she will get settled into her foster home and allow us to love her. We will update once she gets settled.

UPDATE: the shelter is allowing us a few more days to find a foster for her. We have received a couple of applications and are processing those as quickly as we can.

This girl is now in imminent danger if we can’t find a foster or rescue to help her get out of the shelter. This is not the shelters fault. This is a community problem. The shelter is full and has been turning dogs away. Most of those people are just letting their dogs loose at that point which then comes back on the shelter to care for. Our rescue like many others are foster based. If we don’t have fosters then we have no where to put dogs. Please do not try to put demands on us or other rescues to save a dog if you are not willing to assist. Most of our fosters have at least one dog in the home. Many have multiple dogs and still foster.
It’s hard to focus on one dog when there are so many in need but we have been asking for a foster for this dog for weeks. She is deaf and terrified in the shelter. She is shutting down. She needs a safe place to decompress and learn that she is ok. If you have a home that can give her space please reach out to us asap! If you are a rescue who has room please contact us! We are happy to assist with transport! If you can’t foster please share.

Meet Woodson!

Woodson is a sweet, energetic boy who is looking for his forever home. This friendly guy loves people and gets along great with other dogs, making him a wonderful companion.

Meet Theodore 🐾

Theodore is a bundle of joy with the perfect mix of playful energy and snuggly sweetness! This handsome boy loves a good game of fetch and will happily chase his favorite toy over and over — especially if it means spending time with his people.

When playtime is over, Theodore is all about the cuddles. He’s a champion snuggler who’s happiest curled up next to you soaking up all the love.

He is potty trained and crate trained and currently working really hard recall especially around distractions! Theodore does wonderfully with cats, kids, and other dogs, making him a fantastic addition to just about any home.
