It's Your Life: Living with Intention
Thursdays, September 10th - October 22nd, 5:00 - 6:45 PM
Dempsey Center - Rock Row Health Campus
Led by Yosh Beier, Certified Hakomi Therapist, Mediator, and Executive Coach
A cancer diagnosis can bring that realization uncomfortably close. But it also can offer a sobering clarity. It creates a rare opening to step back from the roles, expectations, and old scripts that have shaped your life and ask some honest questions: What really matters to me now? How do I want to use the time I have? What does it mean to live my life?
It’s Your Life is a six-week reflective workshop series for men at any stage of the cancer journey. Through guided reflection, small-group conversation, and honest sharing, we’ll explore how to bring the clarity that can come with facing cancer into the choices we make about how we want to live. There are no recipes and no right answers—just an opportunity to explore these questions alongside other men who are asking some of them, too.
