If these years have taught us anything, it's to NEVER stop trusting the process. Things end up exactly how they're supposed to. Nova sat in boarding this ENTIRE YEAR after she was dumped like trash while we begged someone to give her a chance. FINALLY, she found the home where she is so treasured 💖 This weekend, her new Dad met & fell in love with her instantly. A gorgeous young GSD belongs with their person & Nova hit that jackpot. She went home & made it HOME 🏠❤ The rocky roads that rescue force us down are so difficult... but the finish lines can be so beautiful. This ending was worth the wait. Happy Life to our gorgeous girl! 🐾

FOSTER NEEDED for SUKI ‼️ This sweet and friendly girl is Currently with police but she can not stay and will be shelter bound shortly . She is not chipped or spayed but does seem to be in good health. We do not know how she is with other animals so we will need a foster who has no other pets or the ability to safely separate while she decompresses . Located : Brooklyn NY . We’re currently at $120 in the pot, but we have a LONG way to go — and we desperately need your help. ❤️

Chopper needs $4,000 in training, and this training is about so much more than teaching commands. It’s about giving him the tools, structure, and support he needs to have the happy, safe, fulfilling life he deserves.

Our rescue is already stretched incredibly thin. We currently have only about $1,500 in our bank account, while still carrying medical and boarding expenses for the dogs in our care. Taking on another $4,000 is a huge hit for us — but we refuse to give up on Chopper.

So we’re asking our village to help us invest in his future. 🙏🐾

BEAR UPDATE! 2 months ago, Bear was prepping for surgery to remove a huge tumor growing in his airways. The surgery was a success! He went home & recovered PREFECTLY! His follow up is in September when we'll find out where he's at, if margins are clean, what his future can be & how to be sure life is always good for him. More updates to follow! 🐻💚
Bear is exactly who we prayed someone would give him a chance to prove he was. An amazing dog who's nothing but love! But everything happens for a reason & his forever-foster setup is a perfect life. The support means everything. Thank you for supporting Bear 🙏🏽 He still needs us!

🚨 URGENT — 6 BEAUTIFUL LIVES ARE SITTING IN A SHELTER AND NEED FOSTERS! 🚨

These six precious faces are waiting for someone to step up and give them the one thing they desperately need right now — a safe place to land. 💔🐾

We want to secure Tinkerbell, Ling Ling, JJ, Sarah, Kiara and Cleo, but we NEED FOSTERS in order to get them out of the shelter and safely into our rescue.

🌸 TINKERBELL — 5 MONTHS OLD | 26 LBS

This little girl is pure sunshine! ☀️❤️

Tinkerbell is a 5-month-old Border Collie mix who is already spayed and up to date on her vaccines. At just 26 pounds, she's the perfect little bundle of fun, affection and personality.

Tinkerbell absolutely LOVES other dogs and truly doesn't meet a stranger. She's social, sweet, playful and just seems to love everyone she meets. She's the kind of pup who is ready to be included in everything — walks, adventures, playtime with another dog, or curling up with her people when the day is over.

If you've been looking for a happy, loving young dog to become your new best friend, Tinkerbell may be exactly who you've been waiting for. 🥹❤️

💕 LING LING — 1 YEAR OLD | 36 LBS

Those ears. That face. And wait until you hear about her personality! 😍

Ling Ling just celebrated her first birthday and is a petite 36-pound Feist/Belgian Malinois mix. She is spayed, heartworm negative and up to date on her vaccines.

And this girl has SO much going for her!

🏡 She is potty trained
🦴 She already knows commands

Ling Ling is smart, affectionate and ready to be someone's sidekick. Looking for a pup to join you on adventures? She's ready. Have another dog who needs a best friend? Ling Ling would love to apply for the position! 😂❤️

She's past those tiny puppy days but still young enough to have a lifetime of adventures ahead of her. She just needs someone to give her that chance.

🐶 JJ, SARAH, KIARA & CLEO — 12 WEEKS OLD | 16–20 LBS

These four babies are 12-week-old Border Collie mixes, and their story absolutely breaks our hearts.

They were dumped in a Walmart parking lot. 💔

At only 12 weeks old, they should have been learning that the world is safe. Instead, they learned that humans could leave them behind.

They are incredibly sweet babies, but right now they're scared and unsure. Give them a little patience, some gentle reassurance and a whole lot of love, and they begin to open up.

They don't need anything extraordinary.

They just need someone willing to show them that they're safe now. ❤️

🚨 ALL SIX ARE CURRENTLY SITTING IN A SHELTER.

We want to get them OUT.

But rescue doesn't happen simply because we say we want to save them. We need somewhere safe for them to go.

Every foster home that steps forward gives us the ability to say:

We’re asking our Pit of Our Souls family to rally around Chopper. ❤️

Sometimes rescue isn’t just about saving a dog from a shelter. It’s about continuing to fight for that dog afterward and giving them the tools they need to live the safe, happy, quality life they deserve.

Chopper needs professional training, and we are committed to giving him that opportunity. His training will cost approximately $4,000 — an expense that, right now, is going to hit our rescue incredibly hard.

We currently have only about $1,500 in our rescue account, while still carrying medical bills, boarding expenses, and the everyday costs of caring for the dogs already depending on us. Adding another $4,000 bill is honestly critical for us — but giving up on Chopper is not an option.

So we’re launching a 50/50 RAFFLE FOR CHOPPER! 🎟️🐾

Half of the final pot goes to one lucky winner, and the other half will go toward Chopper’s expenses and helping cover his training.
