Today we’re celebrating the simple joy of donuts — round, sweet, and perfectly balanced. And believe it or not, there’s a little lesson in every bite.

Just like a donut, healthy communication has a “hole” in the middle — space for listening, understanding, and reflection. That space is where real connection happens.

At Community Mediation of St. Mary’s County, we help people find that space through:
• Conflict Coaching – one‑on‑one support to navigate tough conversations
• Conflict Management Workshops – tools to build stronger communication and teamwork
