🎄 110 children participated this year, spending $250 each on Christmas presents from Walmart California totaling $27,000.

45 children in St. Marys County were given a budget of $225 per child for this year's Back to School event to purchase clothes and school supplies.

🎁 Over 20 years ago, a prosecutor (Joe Stanalonis) and a Deputy Sheriff (Bill Raddatz), both members of the 7th District Optimist Club started this little program called "Shop with a Cop" to help under-privileged kids at Christmas time and for back-to-school.

🚓 With the help of our law enforcement and community partners, we have helped hundreds and thousands of children in St. Marys County Maryland over two-decades.

💙 This year has has been a difficult fundraising year, as we understand everyone is feeling the pinch, but we are in need of funds to keep this program going.
