Budget-friendly family dinners are what happens when you stop trying to impress the internet and start trying to feed actual hungry people 😭🍽️

This is real-life comfort food.

Country fried steak, chicken tenders, Salisbury steak, BBQ chicken patties, mashed potatoes, corn, coleslaw, gravy, sauce, and easy sides that make dinner feel complete without making the grocery bill disrespectful.

No complicated recipes.
No fancy ingredients.
No “cook from scratch for 3 hours” pressure.

Just easy family dinners that fill plates and keep everybody quiet for a few minutes 😂

The Lineup:

🥩 Lazy Country Fried Steak Dinner
Country fried steaks, mashed potatoes, corn, coleslaw, and dressing.

🍗 Chicken Tender Mashed Potato Dinner
Crispy chicken strips, mashed potatoes, sweet corn, coleslaw, and ranch.

🥘 Salisbury Steak Family Dinner
Salisbury steaks, brown gravy, mashed potatoes, corn, and coleslaw.

🔥 BBQ Chicken Patty Dinner
Chicken patties, BBQ sauce, mashed potatoes, corn, and coleslaw.

The Move:
Pick your protein, heat the easy sides, add a sauce or gravy, and plate it like you had a full dinner plan from the beginning.

That’s it.

This is the kind of food for busy nights, tired parents, picky kids, broke weeks, and anyone who still needs dinner on the table even when life is already doing too much.

Because not every dinner has to be homemade from scratch.

The 2025-2026 Rotary District 6190 Foundation Banquet was truly wonderful!
Not only was the speaker, Jay McCallum(Associate Justice of the LA Supreme Court) a wonderful speaker, but he was also very entertaining!!

The highlight of course for the Leesville Rotary Club members who showed up & showed out, was to help honor our member, Venus “Steve” Serna for being 1 of the first 2 District 6190 Rotarians to receive the “Foundation Eagle” award!!!!
William “Wishy” Nolan who also was honored, was the 2nd recipient!!

Great evening of raising money for the Rotary Foundation thru a Silent & Live Auction along with our next District 6190 Governor being installed along with her Staff & Committee members! Wishing our District has a great year!

We the members of the Leesville Club are excited that one of the honorees, Steve Serna is a member of our Leesville Rotary Club!
Several of us members will be traveling to Shreveport’s Petroleum Club this Saturday for the District 6190 Foundation Banquet where these two Rotarians will be honored!

This evening our Leesville Rotary Club hosted 2 recipients of the 6- $1500 scholarships we give each year! A couple could not attend due to prior commitments, but we thank those who were able to attend!
Our Annual Golf Tournament(which we just had, April 25th) is the monies used for these 6 scholarships!
We always thank our dedicated committed Sponsors who year after year donate, we thank the new Sponsors & what’s a golf tournament without the “Golfers”, we thank each of you!!

Congratulations the other scholarship recipients Tiana Moore-Leesville High, Tanner Dowden-Anacoco High, Dakota Miller-Simpson High & Brianna Goins-Rosepine High!!
We also congratulate all 2026 Graduates going to the next step in their lives however that looks for them!!!
