Jubilee Park Committee would like to thank all who came out and supported us in our annual Prayer Breakfast (2026) in recognition of Black History Month. We thank God for nineteen (19) years standing strong celebrating BHM with a prayer breakfast.
It would not have been a success without you! It is our prayer that with God blessings we’ll continue doing “good” work in the community.

Jubilee Park Committee had their annual Lighting in the Park, with our theme, "Peace on Earth" it was a huge success. God was in our favor, he held back the rain, the children from Vernon Middle School that performed were excited and rearing to go, their parents were in support and the community attendance was great! We had SANTA CLAUS on the scene for pictures and to give out candy to the children. The Police and Fire Department were on standby. We did have a little problem with audio but nevertheless that did not stop the program. There was plenty of Hot Chocolate and Cookies. Jubilee Park Committee would like to thank the Delta Sigma Sorority from Natchitoches, LA for coming to be a part, and thankful for donations from the Dollar General Store @1100 Boone St, Market Basket, Cryers Sports and Lowes.
