📣 NEW: $275 MILLION NURSING HOME WORKFORCE INITIATIVE!
CMS’s new Nurses for Nursing Homes campaign offers eligible nurses up to $40,000 in student loan repayment or a $10,000 stipend in exchange for a three-year commitment at a qualifying long-term care facility. The initiative prioritizes rural communities and areas facing workforce shortages. HCAM encourages members to share this opportunity with recruitment teams, nursing school partners and prospective applicants!
