The new school year is upon us as PAPA is gearing up for an exciting calendar of performing arts events!

One of the main ways we support our performing artists and our instructors is by fundraising to support many of the expenses that the school does not fund (such as instrument repairs, equipment transportation to marching band competitions, sets & props for the plays and musicals, student field trips, sheet music, and more).

We fundraise in many forms, but one is through staffing the Eagle Eatery during Home Football games - we split the proceeds with the football boosters. This is where we are asking for support: we need our performing arts families to help staff the Eatery. Link is below, please consider signing up for a shift (under ‘band volunteers). Today, the South Hunterdon Vocal Ensemble and cast of Into the Woods proudly represented Hunterdon County at the NJ State Teen Arts Festival. Under the direction of Jocelyn Alam and Laura Di Staulo students were invited to perform, participate in engaging workshops with theatre professionals and artists, and receive valuable feedback on their performances from adjudicators and peers. It was an inspiring day filled with creativity, collaboration, and growth, and our students represented South Hunterdon with incredible talent, professionalism, and heart. We are so proud of all they accomplished and grateful for the opportunity to celebrate the arts with students from across New Jersey!
