In loving memory of her son, she founded Joshua’s Puzzle Connection, a nonprofit organization committed to serving the autism, foster care, and elderly communities. Through her advocacy and service, she continues to create opportunities for hope, inclusion, and meaningful connection.

Jocelyn is also the owner of Simply Divine, a baking brand that reflects her creativity, passion, and entrepreneurial spirit. Her commitment to education and family wellness is demonstrated through her academic achievements, including an Associate of Arts in Child and Family Studies, a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, and a Master of Science in Mental Health and Wellness with an emphasis in Family Dynamics.

Well, the planning team they did an amazing job and we celebrate each and every one of them. It’s been a tremendous blessing for the last six months but we are on to the next new path opportunity we give God all the praise, glory and honor as we pray. We celebrated in a truly phenomenal way.

As a devoted wife, mother, educator, pastor, visionary strategist, and manifestation coach, Dr. Culton is committed to helping others transform God-given dreams into reality.

With more than two decades of experience in early childhood education and leadership, she serves as a Child Development Professor, Childcare Administrator, and Small Family Foster Home Business Owner. Alongside her husband, she has faithfully co-pastored at Most Holy Place Community Church for over 17 years, empowering lives through faith, service, and leadership.

Dr. Culton is also an accomplished author who has inspired and equipped countless individuals to become published authors and pursue their purpose with confidence. Her academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development, a Master of Arts in Human Development, and an Honorary Doctor of Ministry in Christian Counseling from Kingdom Impact Bible College.

Her life’s mission is clear: to inspire others to pursue their dreams boldly, intentionally, and faithfully—turning vision into evidence.
