☀️ That’s a wrap, Cleveland!

As we close out another incredible school year, we want to thank our students, families, teachers, staff, and volunteers for making this year so special. From classroom celebrations and family events to fundraisers and field trips, our community showed up in so many ways.

We hope everyone has a fun, relaxing, and well-deserved summer filled with sunshine, adventure, and memory-making.

Thank you to our amazing Cleveland community for supporting our eyeglass drive. Donations have been delivered to the Lions Club recycling program, where they can help provide the gift of sight to people in need. 💙 What a wonderful example of our students and families making a difference together!

Way to go, Cleveland Eagles! 🦅

Our Pull Tab Challenge has officially wrapped up, and the results are in! Together, our students collected an incredible amount of pull tabs and donated 102 pairs of glasses! 👓❤️

🏆 Pull Tab Standings:
🥇 2nd Grade – 19.5 lbs
🥈 4th Grade – 12.7 lbs
🥉 1st Grade – 11.9 lbs
⭐ TK – 10.8 lbs
⭐ 5th Grade – 9.0 lbs
⭐ Kindergarten – 6.9 lbs
⭐ 3rd Grade – 6.8 lbs

Congratulations to our 2nd Grade students, who took the win by an impressive 6.8 lbs! 🎉

What a special morning at our Spirit Assembly! 💙🦅

Today we celebrated the incredible people who make Cleveland Elementary such a wonderful place to learn and grow. We were proud to recognize Miss Edwards as our Classified Staff Member of the Year and Mrs. McCraw-Harrison as our Teacher of the Year. Both are so deserving of this recognition, and we are grateful for the positive impact they make on our students and school community each day.

We also had the honor of presenting the CAPTA Honorary Service Award to Ms. Newman in recognition of her outstanding service, dedication, and support of Cleveland Elementary.

In addition, we recognized two outstanding teachers who served on special assignment this year, Ms. Naranjo and Ms. Kocher, and thanked them for their contributions to our students and school community.

We also celebrated our retiring teachers—Mrs. Van D**e, Mrs. Oscarson, and Mrs. Blackmore—and honored the years of dedication, care, and inspiration they have given to generations of Cleveland Eagles. Their impact will be felt for years to come, and we wish them all the best in their next chapter.

Congratulations to all of our honorees, and thank you for helping make Cleveland such a special place!

Come celebrate the end of an amazing school year at our FINAL PTA Association Meeting, Ice Cream Social, and Book Bingo Night!

We’ll be serving ice cream sandwiches during the meeting, then sticking around for a fun evening of bingo, books, snacks, and prizes!

5:30 PM — Final PTA Association Meeting + Ice Cream Sandwiches
6:30 PM — Book Bingo begins!

What a week! Penny Wars brought out the teamwork, strategy, and competitive spirit, and our students absolutely delivered!

From surprise sneak attacks to last-minute leaderboard changes, this fundraiser kept everyone on their toes.

Thank you to everyone who donated, participated, volunteered, and helped make this event such a success. We loved seeing the excitement all week long! ❤️🍄🏁
