JOY was thrilled to support this year’s CHiPs For Kids Holiday Toy Drive with Assemblymember Solache (). For 12 years, we have proudly partnered with cities in the district, and we are especially honored to work with and help bring JOY to children this season. Since starting this organization over 10 years ago, one of the founding promises of JOY was to give back to my ancestral homeland of Armenia. Over the years, the organization has supported Armenia in many ways, consistently sending aid and working with local volunteers. This year, I was finally able to make the journey as well.

We traveled to the village of Parpi, going home to home to bring children brand new school supplies, clothing, and toys. This is a small glimpse into some of the trip. In addition to their daily hardships, some have also endured the loss of their fathers in the war. To see their faces light up is truly remarkable to witness.

JOY has always been about delivering hope and tangible support. Thank you to everyone who believes in our mission and makes moments like this possible. 🙏
