At S&D Real Estate, "giving back" isn't just something we put on a flyer—it’s a core part of who we are. 🤍

We loved spending time with our friends at KidsPack, an organization that is truly near and dear to our hearts.

We love the homes we sell, but we love the people inside this community even more. So grateful for the chance to step out of the office and pour back into the neighborhood we call home! ✨

Thanks to Shawn Pugh and Julie Shelton donating their time 🙏🏼

🎅❤️ BIG CHECKS. EVEN BIGGER IMPACT!

Did you know that since 2022, LKLD SantaCon has raised OVER $18,000 for kidsPACK, including an incredible $6,500 in 2025 alone?! 🎉

And here's why that matters so much. ❤️

Right here in our community, there are children who rely on school meals during the week but may not have enough food at home over the weekend.

That's where kidsPACK steps in! Through the hard work of dedicated volunteers and community partners, kidsPACK provides nutritious, easy-to-prepare meals for local children to take home when school isn't in session. Because no child should have to worry about where their next meal is coming from. ❤️

Take a peek behind the scenes at the kidsPACK warehouse and see why we're so proud to support this incredible organization!

Every Santa. Every sponsor. Every participating business. Every ticket. IT ALL ADDS UP! 🎅🎄

And we're not stopping now!

🎟️ Join us Saturday, December 5, for LKLD SantaCon 2026! Your $20 ticket helps us keep making a difference for local kids while celebrating the downtown businesses we love.

🎅 Let's raise some holiday spirits AND some serious money for a good Claus!

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PACK

Every kidsPACK meal begins with someone who cares. Throughout the year, generous individuals, businesses, and community partners faithfully donate food that goes directly into the packs we provide to local children.

These donations may look like boxes, cans and cases of food when they arrive at our warehouse - but to us, they represent something much bigger; meals for children who may otherwise go without. We are incredibly grateful for the people and businesses who continue to show up, month after month, to help keep our shelves stocked and our kids fed.

You are truly part of every pack. Thank you!

Four Groups. One Mission. A Whole Lot of Meals Packed!

Our warehouse has been BUSY - and we wouldn’t have it any other way! A huge THANK YOU to Lowes, AmeriCorps, Citrus Center Kiwanis and the George Jenkins High School Wind Dancers who rolled up their sleeves, jumped in, and helped pack meals for kidsPACK.

Every meal packed means more children in our community have the food they need when they’re away from school. That’s what teamwork looks like! We are so grateful for your time, energy, and willingness to serve. Many hands really do make a BIG difference!

10,000 Meals. One Amazing Community Effort!

What an incredible way to recognize Hunger Action Month! A huge THANK YOU to Publix Super Markets Charities and our local Publix stores for coming together to pack 10,000 meals for kidsPACK!

Every store played a part, and every meal packed will help provide food and hope to children in our community. We are so grateful for Publix's continued commitment to fighting childhood hunger and caring for the communities they serve.
