Today, the Lakeland Police Athletic League remembers and honors the brave men and women of our Armed Forces who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Their courage, selflessness, and dedication to protecting our freedoms will never be forgotten.

As we spend the day with our families, coaches, and athletes, we take a moment to reflect on the true meaning of this day. We are forever grateful to the heroes who gave their tomorrows so that we could enjoy our todays.
To all the gold star families and those who have lost loved ones in service to our nation: Lakeland PAL stands with you in honor, respect, and remembrance.
