Blessed Paws Animal Rescue Blessed Paws Animal Rescue is a non-profit dog rescue based in Lake Worth, FL. We pull all breeds from high kill shelters and find them forever homes.

Blessed Paws animal rescue is a small not for profit 501 (c)(3) rescue organization. All our dogs are fully vetted, up to date on shots, neutered/spayed, and microchipped. We give advice to potential pet owners and seek to match the unique personality of our rescue dogs with their potential adopters to ensure a happy life for all.

Heidi is officially being adopted by her foster family! We're absolutely overjoyed. She has always been shy and struggled to connect with most people, but she has formed a special bond with her foster family. It's wonderful that they've chosen to make her a permanent part of their lives.

My name is Filbert. I was found wandering the streets of Miami. I am about 2yrs old & weight 55lbs. I have been waiting over a year for my forever home. I am a neutered male who is current on shots and preventatives.
I am a very energetic boy, who loves to play with my toys. Ball obsessed. Puppy energy. I am very loving and fun and would love to be part of a family. Filbert is learning to be around other dogs and is good with them as long as they are low energy.
Will come with a crate and a large bag of dog food. Adoption fee waived.

At first, we thought he could not be around any dogs, but since he's been living with his foster family, he's gotten used to their dogs. They do not leave him alone. Always supervised, but he has done very well.

He is currently located in miami, the foster family is willing to transport him to a preapproved home anywhere.

🐾JEWELS🐾

Jewels' journey is both heartwarming and heartbreaking. Rescued from a shelter twelve years ago as a puppy, she found a loving home for four years. Unfortunately, she was returned when her family had to move. After that, she was readopted and enjoyed another eight years of companionship. Sadly, she was brought back to the shelter due to a dire living situation, arriving extremely thin, with patchy fur and a flea infestation.

When our president first saw Jewels at the shelter, she was immediately drawn to this sweet twelve-year-old. With her short legs, she doesn’t jump on furniture but finds joy in having her own dog bed on the floor. She is fully potty trained, though neglect has left her unable to produce a loud bark; when she does, it’s so soft you can barely hear it. Jewels walks well on a leash and loves car rides. She has a collection of toys that she enjoys without destroying.

She’s tolerant of her grandson, but due to her age, we prefer that young children don’t play too roughly with her. If we didn’t know her past, we’d never guess she was twelve, as she sometimes gets the zoomies and acts much younger.

🐾MEET BLUE TOPAZ🐾

Blessed Paws Animal Rescue is excited to welcome Miss Blue Topaz! This adorable 22-pound, 3-year-old female French Bulldog is as sweet as can be and gets along well with other dogs. Currently, she’s facing a tough battle with kennel cough and is in heat, which means she can’t be spayed just yet. We also need to check her ears, as there’s some thickening in her ear canals, and she may have lost some hearing.

Miss Blue Topaz has a loving foster family but will eventually need a forever home.

In the meantime, we are in urgent need of disinfectant wipes. We recently rescued three dogs from the shelter, all of whom are also dealing with kennel cough. If you can help by donating any brand of disinfectant wipes, it would be greatly appreciated!
