The Cultural Council for Palm Beach County is the official local arts service agency in Palm Beach County.

It is the only organization solely dedicated to supporting arts and culture in The Palm Beaches, Florida’s Cultural Capital®

Election day is Tuesday, and if you’re still undecided on Amendment 3, here are a few things to know before you go to the polls:

• 92% of nonprofits in Florida anticipate an impact if Amendment 3 passes – either on their own organizations or the communities they serve.

• 77% anticipate reductions in local government funding or in-kind services.

• 60% anticipate increased need among the people they serve.

• In Palm Beach County, arts and cultural nonprofits may lose $11M in local government support. This may translate into a reduction in staff, a delay in facility improvements, and a cut to services like arts education for children, and free or reduced programs for seniors.
