A little fall sunshine and a whole lot of love! 🍂🐾❤️

Behind this beautiful smile is a therapy dog who spends his days bringing comfort, happiness, and unconditional love to so many people. Negan TheTherapydog reminds us every day how much of a difference four paws and a loving heart can make!

Another day at the hospital, spreading love and making people smile, one paw at a time! 🐾❤️

Today’s visit was unbelievable, as usual! ❤️

After this picture was taken, a woman asked if Negan TheTherapydog could visit her mother in her room. She told us her mom hadn’t gotten up in days, and they were hoping Negan might change that.

The daughter said, “Mom, we have a surprise for you!” She opened her eyes, saw Negan, and immediately sat up to pet him! She was leaning over the bed and she wouldn’t stop! ❤️

Her son and daughter couldn’t believe what they were seeing and were so grateful. They both said she would not open her eyes even for them.

Moments like these are why we do what we do! Negan is a super hero!!!

Some dogs can't wait to go to the dog park. Me? I can't wait to get inside the hospital!

🐾 A Negan Update from Paws Be With You 🐾

It’s been a little while since we’ve posted an update here, and this week gave us a very good reason to check in. ❤️

Negan recently underwent dental surgery after his veterinarian at Pet Calls Animal Hospital discovered tooth resorption and gingival hyperplasia. During the procedure, his teeth were thoroughly cleaned, the necessary dental work was performed, and a gingivectomy was done to remove the excess gum tissue.

Of course, anytime our boy has to go under anesthesia, we worry. But Negan handled everything like the tough guy he is. 💪🐾 He is home, recovering, getting lots of love and taking a little time off from his therapy dog duties while he heals.

Negan has spent so much of his life showing up for other people—at hospitals, schools, nursing homes, fire departments and anywhere a little comfort is needed. This week, it was our turn to take care of him. ❤️

Keeping Negan happy and healthy is such an important part of the mission of Paws Be With You, because taking care of the therapy dog makes it possible for the therapy dog to continue taking care of others.

Thank you to everyone who loves him, follows his journey, asks about him and supports what we do. We are so grateful to have you as part of the Paws Be With You family.

Rest up, Negan. There are a lot more smiles waiting for you. 🐾❤️ Paws Be With You ♥️🐾🙏🏼

Mondays are so meaningful to us. 🐾❤️

Walking through the halls of Delray Medical Center, a trauma center where so much is happening every single day, reminds us just how special these visits truly are.

Behind every door are patients, families, nurses, doctors and staff carrying things we may never see or know about. To be welcomed behind the scenes and given the opportunity to bring a little comfort, joy and a few smiles along the way is something we will never take for granted.

We are so grateful to be part of such an incredible hospital and to spend our Mondays doing what Negan does best — simply showing up and spreading love, one person at a time. 🐾❤️

Another meaningful Monday in the books. 💙

We hope all of our students, teachers, staff and families had a wonderful first day back to school! ❤️

Here’s to a new school year filled with learning, kindness, new memories and lots of reasons to smile. Negan is sending everyone his best wishes for an amazing year ahead! 🐾✨

Love,
Negan and Paws Be With You❤️
