Hi LVES PTO Community,

As we look ahead to the 2026–2027 school year, we’re excited to open up PTO Board self-nominations and Committee interest sign-ups. This is your invitation to help shape the experiences, events, and support we bring to our school community next year.
Whether you’re ready to step into a leadership role or want to contribute your time and talents in a way that fits your schedule, there’s a place for you here—and we’d love to have your voice at the table.

⭐ PTO Board Self-Nominations
If you’re interested in serving on the PTO Board, we encourage you to step forward!
A few important notes:
You may nominate yourself only (no nominations on behalf of others)
Please submit for one position only
Board roles require a full school-year commitment, so please only nominate yourself if you’re able to fully participate
If more than one person is nominated for a position, we will hold a PTO-wide vote in May
Serving on the Board is a meaningful way to make a direct impact—while working alongside a supportive, collaborative team.

💡 Committees — Share Your Interest
Our Committees are where so much of the magic happens—from events to programs to behind-the-scenes support.
Right now, we’re gathering initial interest to help us start planning. There will be:
Additional opportunities to officially sign up
Flexibility to adjust or expand Committees, including adding new ones based on interest and ideas
We’ve included high-level descriptions of each Committee’s typical responsibilities in the form. If you have questions or want to better understand what a role involves, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help.

🎉 A Little Extra (Because You Deserve It)
We also want you to know—behind the scenes, we’ve been working on ways to better recognize and give back to those who give their time. Next year, we intend to introduce some perks and incentives to support and celebrate participation. More to come on that soon!

Friendly Reminder – Join Us for a Fun Family Night!

The Elementary School Social is designed to be a fun, relaxed evening for the whole family. While there will be music and dancing, it’s not just a dance—there’s something for everyone!

Enjoy food, karaoke, photobooth, a bracelet-making beads bar, and plenty of space to sit, chat, and spend time together. Whether you feel like dancing or prefer to relax and watch the fun, you’re welcome exactly as you are.

This is a family social, not a drop-off event, parents are encouraged to stay and participate in whatever way feels comfortable. Siblings are welcome, too.
