Drumroll please! Introducing PTO President: Jessica Swearingen Garrard!

From Jessica: By day, I’m helping folks lock down their dream homes and financial needs as a Loan Officer at Security State Bank & Trust💰. By night (and early morning!), I’m boosting our local business scene as the Secretary of the North Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce 🏛️.

A proud Lago Vista homegrown local, I grew up here, graduated here, and fell so in love with the lakeside lifestyle that I never left! When I'm not crunching numbers or organizing community events, you can find me managing my two favorite VIPs: my husband, Gavin, and our son, Jensen. Just a local girl living, working, and loving life in the place I've always called home! ☀️🛶

Introducing our VP - Britany Parmelee!

Hi! I’m Britany, Vice President of the PTO, professional calendar juggler, and full-time keeper of tiny humans. 💕 My family moved to Lago Vista in 2022, and I’m a proud mom to two beautiful girls—a spunky 4-year-old (that second child iykyk)and the sweetest second grader.

When I’m not PTO-ing, you can usually find me somewhere between dance, gymnastics, and the soccer field—snacks in hand and probably running five(10) minutes late. I’m also a t-ball coach extraordinaire (credentials questionable, enthusiasm unmatched 😂).

My husband and I own Elite Surface Solutions, a local flooring company serving Austin and the Hill Country, so when I’m not volunteering at school or chauffeuring children to their next activity, I’m helping run our small business… actually doing all of these things simultaneously.

I love being part of the Lago Vista community and getting to help make our school a fun, welcoming place for our kids, teachers, and families. Basically, if there’s a school event, a kid’s practice, a flooring emergency, or someone needs a snack…I’m probably your girl. 💗

I also take zero pictures of myself without my children and all my old headshots are branded, this is the best I can do lol
