Join us next Saturday, the 24th, for one of our favorite annual events!

📍 Location:
206 Flightline Rd, Lago Vista, TX 78645
(Look for the big green hangar doors – enter from the taxiway side)

🕙 10:00 AM – Setup begins (for those who would like to help or compete)
🕚 11:00 AM – Tasting starts!

"🔥 Calling all chili masters and spicy enthusiasts! 🔥

Think you’ve got the *hottest* recipe in Texas? 🌶️ Or maybe just a chili that’s good enough to make people cry happy tears? 😅 Either way, it’s time to prove it at EAA Chapter 1607’s **7th Annual Chili Cook-Off!**

💰 $10 to enter, FREE to taste, and **cash prizes** for the winners!
📅 **When:** Saturday, January 25th, 2025
📍 **Where:** Rusty Allen Airport, Lago Vista, TX
⏰ Chili tasting starts at **11:00 AM** – don’t keep us waiting, we’re already drooling.

**Rules:**
✔️ Bring your chili already cooked (save our taste buds the raw deal).
✔️ Don’t forget the crockpot and an extension cord – this isn’t *Campfire Cook-Off 101*.
✔️ One entry per team – no, you can’t disguise yourself in a fake mustache for a second go. 😉
✔️ Serving containers are a must – we’d rather not eat straight out of your pot.
