🏆 CHAMPIONS! 🏆

Congratulations to our Lago Vista 6U All Star Baseball Team on bringing home 1st Place at the STS 10th Annual Hill Country All Star Bash! 💙⚾️

Our young Vikings traveled all the way to Hillsboro and showed incredible teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship throughout the weekend. Their hard work paid off as they battled their way to the championship and represented Lago Vista with pride!

Way to go, players, coaches, and families! We are proud of each and every one of you. 💪🏅

⚾️🥎 End-of-Season Update & Board Openings 🥎⚾️

Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete our end-of-season survey.

We want to acknowledge that this season was a difficult one and came with its share of challenges. We heard your feedback, and while there were positive things highlighted, there were also clear areas where we need to improve.

We appreciate the honest input and are committed to learning from this season and making meaningful changes moving forward including better communication through a monthly newsletter starting in July.

One thing is certain: our league cannot grow and improve without more volunteers stepping up to help lead the way.

We currently have several Board positions open for next season and are looking for parents and community members who want to be part of building a stronger league. New ideas, fresh perspectives, and committed volunteers are exactly what we need to turn feedback into action.

⚾️💙 Lago Vista vs. Lago Vista! 💙⚾️

Our 8U All Star team battled hard this weekend at the USSSA Turn 2 Classic in Killeen, where they found themselves facing off against a familiar opponent!

While the All Stars came up short, the real winner was Lago Vista baseball. It was an exciting Lago Vista 8U Showdown that showcased the talent, sportsmanship, and heart of our young athletes.

We are proud of all the boys for competing with class, supporting one another, and representing their hometown with pride both on and off the field. Win or lose, these players continue to show what it means to wear “Lago Vista” across their chest.

Our next Lago Vista United Baseball & Softball Board Meeting is coming up Wednesday, June 17 at 6:30 PM at the Lago Vista Intermediate School Cafeteria. This meeting is open to all LVUBS members, and we encourage anyone interested in the future of our league to attend!

📣 If you are a member wishing to speak during the meeting, you must attend IN PERSON.

These young athletes played their hearts out, showed incredible teamwork, and represented Lago Vista with pride every time they stepped on the field. We are so proud of their hard work, determination, and sportsmanship throughout the tournament.

🏆 CHAMPIONS AGAIN! 🏆

Congratulations to our 10U Lago Vista Vikings All-Stars for bringing home the 🥇 1st Place Championship at the Battle of Bagdad Tournament in Leander this weekend!

These young athletes battled hard, played as a team, and represented Lago Vista with heart, hustle, and determination every step of the way. Their hard work paid off as they captured the tournament title for the SECOND YEAR IN A ROW, making them Back-to-Back Battle of Bagdad Champions in 2025 and 2026! 🔥⚾

We couldn’t be more proud of our players, coaches, and families for their dedication and commitment. Way to start the All-Star season strong and continue building a winning tradition!

Thank you to all of our players, families, coaches, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters who came out to celebrate Closing Ceremonies with us. What an amazing way to end a fantastic season filled with growth, friendships, memories, and lots of baseball and softball!
