1. BODY — Physical Wellness: Nurture Your Roots: Take a 10-minute walk, stretch, or drink an extra glass of water to honor your body.
2. MIND — Emotional Wellness: Renew Your Thinking: Identify one negative thought and intentionally replace it with a truth that supports your growth.
3. FOUNDATION — Stability & Security: Strengthen Your Soil: Identify one area of your life needing structure and take one small step toward creating stability.
4. CONNECTION — Healthy Relationships: Cultivate Your Environment: Reach out to one person who encourages your growth, or establish one healthy boundary.
5. PURPOSE — Intentional Living: Allow Yourself to Bloom: Write down one meaningful goal and take one action toward fulfilling it today.
