Apparently the "cherry-picking" of earthquake risk data isn't limited to the risk assessments deployed at the beachfront San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station nuclear waste dump.

The operator of a nuclear power plant in central Japan has apologized for the inappropriate use of earthquake data for evaluations to restart two of its reactors.
