To everyone on here, especially the motorcycle community. If you have not heard a dear friend Vik Berry and his beautiful wife Tamara, were in a serious motorcycle accident last week. They have a long journey ahead, and I’m gonna do everything I can to help them navigate the healing process. I’m sharing this GoFundMe that the family has set up. Ladies, it’s that time again! Yes, I am about to do the 10,000 squat challenge again!!

Time to burn those buns and tighten those thighs…. because STRONG looks good on us.

My 10,000 Squat Challenge starts Monday, Oct 27 through Dec 7.
No waiting for January 1st, we start NOW.
And ladies, I’m not doing this because I’m good at it. I’m doing this in hopes that you will join me and inspire me and keep me motivated! ( HINT - don’t wait until the 27th, start doing a few squats every day to get through the soreness )

You can do squats just about anywhere.
In your office, before bed, while cooking, even in the shower!
(My favorite? While blow drying my hair!)

LOUD MEDIA CARES SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE!

We know school has already started, but here’s the reality: while many students receive help with supplies in the first few days, the real need often grows in the weeks that follow. Unfortunately, most school supply drives end just as that need begins.

That’s why Loud Media is stepping in.
We’ve partnered with the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley to keep the support going.

From now through October 5th, collection boxes will be set up at participating businesses across the Knoxville and surrounding areas.
Our goal? Get essential supplies into the hands of the students who need them most, when they need them most.

Want to help? Host a collection box!
We’ll drop it off, handle the pickups, and give your business a shou-out on air, on our socials and on the Loud Media Cares website.

I forgot to post this earlier this week. Even though I am the Marketing Director for Loud Media, I do quite a bit of sales. I have a good amount of community partners that I’ve signed up with Loud Media. I have a very firm stance that I would never ask a business to spend money with anything I’m doing, if I’m not spending money with them. So I stop in and support their business on a regular basis. This week I was checking up on Captain Crab over off of Broadway, and I can tell you they did not disappoint! They are a newer business in the area and they are adding to their menu daily.
