Practice your networking skills at TBP’s Convention!

TBP members can chat with attending alumni regarding their professional experience, meet recruiters from companies and graduate schools at our Recruiting Fair, and collaborate with engineering peers from across the nation.

Not sure how to break the ice? Try these prompts to kickstart your networking:
🔹 What’s a passion project or hobby you’re working on outside of your classes or work right now?
🔸 If you had unlimited funding for a project, what would you build or research?
🔹 What is the coolest or most unique engineering challenge you've tackled so far?
🔸 What’s a piece of advice you wish you’d known before your first engineering internship or job?

The Florida Iota Chapter was established on March 12, 2011, and is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year!

Many TBP chapters install a monument of our most recognizable symbol, the Bent. The official badge of the Association is a watch key in the form of the bent of a trestle.

Chapters like Florida Iota ensure the legacy continues with their Bent monument at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, one polish at a time.
