DREAM CHILD: Raheem ✨

Raheem’s dream was a shopping spree— and what an incredible day it turned out to be! Before the adventure even began, a brand-new TV, PS5, and laptop were delivered to his home, setting the stage for an unforgettable experience.

On Saturday, Olympus Car and Coach generously provided transportation for Raheem, his mom, Monique, his brother, Rhazair, and his sister, Melijah, to enjoy a special day at West Town Mall.

Our first stop was the Apple Store, where the staff went above and beyond by decorating Raheem’s shopping bag with encouraging words and making him feel truly celebrated.

Next, we headed to Foot Locker, where Raheem picked out a new pair of Air Jordan 3s! The amazing staff surprised him with an extra bag of swag, including a hoodie and a backpack.

Raheem’s mom shared that this was the first time in a long time she had seen him this happy and excited— a reminder of why these moments matter so much.

We wrapped up the day with lunch at The Cheesecake Factory, ending a perfect dream experience filled with smiles, encouragement, and unforgettable memories.

At 17 years old, Bryson lives with Kearns–Sayre syndrome, a rare condition that brings unique challenges—but it hasn’t dimmed his adventurous spirit.

Bryson’s dream was to visit Give Kids The World Village and experience the excitement of Universal Studios Florida.

From unforgettable rides to magical moments at Give Kids The World, Bryson embraced every adventure with joy, courage, and a smile that inspired everyone around him.

We’re honored to help make dreams like Bryson’s come true and create memories that remind families there is still so much joy to be found in every journey.

Last Thursday was a powerful reminder of what a community can do.

We were proud to support and be part of Dream Connection, an incredible local nonprofit that is 100% volunteer run, meaning every dollar raised goes directly toward granting dreams for children facing life-threatening illnesses.

For more than 40 years, Dream Connection has been creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences that bring joy, hope, and lasting memories to children and their families during some of their most difficult moments.

We are honored to stand alongside an organization that turns compassion into action and makes such a meaningful impact right here in our community.

Huge thank you to Dream Rides of Tennessee and Garza Law Firm - Trial Attorneys for hosting such an incredible motorcycle ride fundraiser yesterday in support of The Dream Connection! 🏍️

The weather couldn’t have been more perfect as riders kicked things off at Smoky Mountain Harley-Davidson and made their way to Chilhowee Lake, cruising through the iconic Tail of the Dragon along the way.

We loved seeing Dream Kid Chauncey and his family, along with Dream Kid Sierra, enjoying the day. ☀️

Chauncey received his dream trip earlier this year to Give Kids The World Village, Universal Epic Universe and Walt Disney World Resort. Sierra received her dream back in 2018 to Give Kids The World Village and Walt Disney World Resort!

Days like today are a beautiful reminder of the impact this community can make. Thank you to everyone who rode, supported, and helped make dreams come true 💙

What an unforgettable evening celebrating 40 years of The Dream Connection ❤️✨

Our gala was a tremendous success—bringing together an incredible group of supporters, from local business owners and healthcare professionals to hometown friends, families, and the heart of our mission—our dream children and their families, both past and present.

The night was filled with meaningful connections, delicious food, and great music, all in support of granting dreams to children facing life-threatening or chronically debilitating illnesses. Because of this amazing community, we are able to continue making dreams come true. 💫

A special thank you to Fox Den for hosting and Gas Station Sushi for providing such fun and memorable entertainment, to our generous sponsors for their continued support, and to our dedicated board members who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make this night possible.
