He knows he’s not in a good place and is on borrowed time. The eyes of a horse can tell you a lot about them, Dexter has been shoved from auction house to auction house and now lastly ending up at his final stop at the Arkansas Kill Pen.
His passed his deadline, so we have sent a small deposit to keep Dexter off the slaughter truck. Our fundraiser is holding him from boarding the Last ride that would end his life.
We as a group, are the only thing that stands between life and death for many of these horses . Our family of Equine rescue network has saved many from the Mexican slaughter yards. We know the need is great, but without your support many of these horses would never have a chance at a life they deserve.
