DID YOU KNOW?
Many people believe that because 7-OH (7-Hydroxymitragynine) is related to a plant-based product, it must be safe. The reality is that 7-OH is one of the most potent compounds associated with kratom products and can lead to dependence, tolerance, and significant withdrawal symptoms.

As use increases, many individuals find themselves needing more to achieve the same effects, creating a cycle that can be difficult to break alone.

Beginning July 1, Tennessee will ban 7-OH products, bringing increased attention to a substance that many people have never heard of but may already be struggling with.

If you or someone you love is using kratom or 7-OH and is concerned about dependence, know that help is available. There is no shame in reaching out. Recovery is possible, and support exists.

The Bridge: Breakfast for Change
Real change rarely happens in isolation.
It happens when people come together around a table, share their stories, listen with open hearts, and choose to be part of something bigger than themselves.

This morning was a reminder that our community is filled with people who care deeply about making a difference. People willing to show up, build relationships, and help create pathways of hope, healing, and opportunity for others.

Change doesn't always begin with a grand gesture. Sometimes it starts with a conversation. A connection. A seat at the table.

The truth is that healing happens in connection.

Research continues to show that people who have supportive relationships, healthy community, and a sense of belonging are more likely to maintain long-term recovery and experience improved overall well-being.

Recovery was never meant to be walked alone. Whether it's family, friends, a support group, a church community, a counselor, or a recovery program, connection creates a foundation where hope can grow and healing can last.
