We are super excited that Knox Pride is opening a community center! Please follow their link to see how you can support them by donating if you can.

The Pride Center we are working on is not the same one that is being organized by Knox Pride. We believe all LGBTQIA+ spaces working towards making our community more welcoming and inclusive are valuable, and hope to see many more q***r space in the city.

It’s official, we’re opening a community and outreach center. 🌈✨🌈 Help us out by donating at knoxpride.com/donate.

At Knox Pride’s board meeting this past Tuesday, we passed a motion to fund a physical location for Knox Pride in South Knoxville. More details to come about location and the name.

Without a festival in 2021, we worked hard behind the scenes to get a community center in the works — and we are excited to execute this goal.

We hope to use the space for outreach, events, connective services, and even a food pantry. With moving on our mind, we want the community and outreach center to be a focal point for LGBTQ+ resources, events, group meetings, and more as the location grows and receives more funding from individuals and businesses.

With that, Knox Pride can use all the help it can get, your help especially. Donate to our cause and help us continue to fund our community center at www.knoxpride.com/donate.
