Adult Literacy Program

Adult Literacy Program The Adult Literacy Program serves Kennett Square and surrounding areas. We also provide one-on-one tutoring.

We provide free evening and day classes in English as a Second Language and prepration for GED and American citizenship.

Due to the federal holiday tomorrow, February 16, the library will be closed, and we will not have English classes. We will still have classes on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Due to the cold weather, all in-person English classes will be canceled tomorrow, Thursday, January 29. The library will be open, but we will not have in-person English classes. We will still have virtual classes (Citizenship class and High Advanced class).
