The Farmhouse Retreat and Wellness Center is a safe space for those in need of healing and those who heal, for creativity and calm, located in Kennett Square, PA. The Farmhouse began in 2005 as an idea, a dream, a vision, a need, for a retreat center for musicians, painters, writers, filmmakers, dancers, photographers, and more to have a space to create, rehearse, reflect, share experiences, and
return to their everyday life refreshed and invigorated. From its founder's work around the country in gun violence prevention, the stark reality of the need for the same opportunity for everyone, especially young people became very real—all became the foundation of the mission of The Farmhouse. As it has evolved, it has become a place where everyone is welcome--individuals, families, community groups, and more, as everyone has the need for a safe place, a place free from fear and worry, to heal themselves. It has also become a place for creative problem solving by many different organizations around the world to make the changes needed to promote positive change and peace for us all. The inclusion of an integrative wellness center for body, mind and spirit has completed the services available. Integrative, holistic, world and orthomolecular medical healthcare is provided.
