Big growth can happen through small moments of connection. šŸ’™

Learning to take turns, communicate, collaborate, problem-solve, and build friendships are important parts of everyday lifeā€”and children often learn these skills best through meaningful interactions with others.

At Windward Synergy Center, we create opportunities for children to learn, play, practice social skills, and grow in ways that are meaningful to them and their families.

We currently have availability for:

Progress is progress. šŸ’œ

One of the things Iā€™ve really appreciated about being a Hi Rasmus Ambassador over the years is how closely the platform aligns with the way I already think about progress in my work. Set meaningful goals. Pay attention to what the data is telling you. Adjust when you need to. And recognize the progress along the way.

Funny enough, marathon training has been teaching me those same lessons in a completely different setting.

My current finish line is the Amsterdam Marathon, but this is just one chapter in a much longer journey that includes Honolulu, Tokyo, and plenty of miles in between.

Iā€™ll be sharing that journey over at , including the training, the setbacks, the little victories, and all the moments in between. Because sometimes the biggest progress happens in ways that donā€™t show up on a finish-line clock.

Iā€™m also honored to support EB Research Partnership and be dedicated to helping advance their goal of healing and curing EB by 2030. We all have finish lines worth working toward, and I love that these miles can help support science moving toward one that could change and sustain lives.

It feels fitting that these pieces of my life are coming together in this way.

One step. One mile. One breakthrough at a time. šŸƒā€ā™€ļøšŸ’œ

ABA shouldnā€™t happen to a family. It should happen with them. šŸ’œ

The most meaningful progress happens when caregivers understand what weā€™re working on, have opportunities to practice alongside us, and feel comfortable sharing what theyā€™re seeing outside of sessions.

Families know their children in ways we never could from a few hours a week. Our job is to bring our clinical knowledge to the table, listen to theirs, and work together toward skills that actually make a difference in everyday life.

That partnership is something I value deeply in the work we do at Windward Synergy Center, and itā€™s one of the reasons Iā€™m proud to continue my relationship as a Hi Rasmus Ambassador.

Families aren't just part of the process. Theyā€™re part of the team.

Iā€™ve been a Hi Rasmus Ambassador for several years, and Iā€™m really grateful for the opportunity to continue that relationship. Progress looks different for every child.

At Windward Synergy Center, we believe meaningful progress starts with understanding what matters to each child and family.

We use data to help us see what is working, understand where change is happening, and make thoughtful decisions about what comes next.

But progress isn't just a number.

It's a new skill that makes everyday life a little easier.
A goal that becomes more independent.
A family feeling more confident.
A child being able to participate in something that matters to them.
