R3 Foundation Florida Our focus is on recycling, trash initiatives, compost initiatives, renewable energy and beach/ocean/river clean up efforts.

R3 Foundation is a cooperative movement started in Jupiter, FL to raise awareness for grass roots trash initiatives and help raise funds for all volunteer environmentalists. Looking for volunteers for the first concert of the 250th USA Anniversary Celebration in Tequesta at Constitution Park in Tequesta this Saturday March 7th. Help us pour some draft beers and raise money for the R3 Foundation Florida! We raise money for local projects & local do-gooders that need help in their grassroots projects. To date we’ve raised money for water bottle filling stations in Jupiter High School, the Reef Institute to help restore our local reefs, the Jupiter Narrows Conservation project restoring the mangroves just north of Cato’s Bridge, and many other awesome projects. We need volunteers to help us this Saturday. Must be over 18 to help with the booths as we’ll be selling alcohol but we have other opportunities available for anyone under 18 too. Message us if you’re interested.

If you grew up in Florida schools you were likely taught the importance of the mangroves in science class. We were totally shocked to see the before and after photos of the mangrove islands that used to line the Jupiter Narrows north of Cato’s (slides 2 and 3). in partnership with the have developed a plan to reestablish the mangroves and sea grass along that stretch of waterway. The destruction of the area is just what happens when our little slice of paradise becomes popular and the little things get overlooked. We love what they’re doing and love that this group of locals came together to develop a solution to help our most valuable asset…our blue water! And the mangroves are a vital part of that equation. We’re happy to support their project and we hope you do too! Make sure you check them out on their website and their socials.
