Mission: To enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

Founded in 1957, the Boys & Girls Club of Southwest Missouri has served the Joplin community for over 52 years. Through after-school and summer programs, we provide a safe, nurturing, and caring environment for youth ages 6-18. All members receive help completing homework, access to a fully equipped computer lab, gym, and playground, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with professional staff. 🏆🎃 Congratulations to our 1st graders and their staff, the WINNERS of our Halloween Door Decorating Contest! 👻🎉

Our Club kids put their creativity and teamwork to the test, transforming their doors into some truly BOO-TIFUL Halloween creations!

Every grade brought something special to the competition, and we couldn't be prouder of their hard work and imagination!

🎃👻 What a GREAT night at our Trunk or Treat! Seeing all the kids dressed up in their costumes, smiling, and having fun made it all worthwhile!

A HUGE thank you to all of our amazing staff who took the time to decorate and set up a truck. Your creativity, time, and effort helped make this event so special for our kids and families! We appreciate you all!

We can't let this month go by without a huge shout out and congratulations 🎉 to our Club kids & Staff of the Month.

💙Ezra always comes in with a smile. He always makes sure everyone feels included.

💙 Corbyn always shows up to the club with a smile! He is always helping out without being asked and encourages his peers! Thanks for the light you bring to the club, Corbyn!

💙Avie is always patient and respectful. Always follows directions and is kind to those around her. We love having Avie at Webster!

💙Riley always shows up with a positive attitude and a kind heart every day.

💙💜Stella consistently goes above and beyond, always stepping up wherever help is needed. Whether volunteering her time, supporting her team, or finding creative ways to engage our Club kids. She does it all with kindness and a positive attitude. Her caring nature creates a safe, welcoming space where kids feel valued, supported, and encouraged to be themselves. She truly makes a difference every day!
