🎨 Who is eligible? Any youth aged 0–21 who has (or is eligible for) a library card from our fantastic local libraries, including:

Jeffersonville Township Public Library

Did you know that just one pint of blood can save up to 3 lives? Sickle cell disease affects as many as 100,000 people in the U.S., and patients often require multiple blood transfusions throughout their lives. Because compatible blood matches are more likely to come from donors of the same race or ethnic background, community support is absolutely vital.

🎉 Big news and major wins from the State of Indiana Pyramid Model celebration! 🏆

First, a huge shoutout to Merry Striegel and Monica Garduno, who served as guest speakers at the event! They knocked it out of the park providing an overview of our successful Pyramid Model implementation and the incredible development of our Social Emotional Learning classroom. 🌟

The excitement didn't stop there. Our program was officially honored for our contributions to the success of Indiana's Pyramid Model pilot, walking away with TWO incredible awards:

🥇 Pyramid Model Coach of the Year: Awarded to the fantastic Mary Norman!

📊 Data Entry and Implementation Award: Presented to our program for our overall implementation and PIDS data work. (Fun fact: We were recognized for entering more data than any other program in the state! Talk about dedication!)

✨ Bonus: Everyone at the celebration also got to meet our awesome mascot, "Piper the Pyramid Model"!

This weekend, the CASI Kickball team—proudly playing as The Poverty Fighters—hit the field for the amazing tournament hosted by Thrive RCO. While we aren't bringing home the grand prize this time around, we are bringing home:

Incredible memories 🧠
An undefeated record in team spirit 📣

A huge shoutout to Thrive for hosting such a fantastic event, and to everyone who came out to cheer us on and support the cause. We left it all on the field!
