As the July 4th American 250 weekend winds down, thanks so very much to all of you who endured the heat and humidity and made our Clark County Indiana Museum reading of the Declaration of Independence at Warder Park a historic event. From our 76 readers to the team who worked behind the scenes to keep all together, it was an unforgettable experience bringing together such an amazing group of readers and friends. Several people mentioned it felt sort of magical and they were even moved to the point of tears! Our copy of the Declaration of Independence so many of you signed to commemorate the occasion will continue to be available for signatures at the museum through the rest of 2026 and then archived in the museum as a historic artifact. So, stop by the museum anytime if you want to add your name to history. And please post up your own photos in the comments.
